It’s cheaper to park on the street then in this parkade! Sure, it says $4 every two hours but I’m still trying to figure out why I had to spend $4.25 for parking from 7:30am - 8:15am!?! (And yes, I know for a fact I was parked there for under an hour) And as every other review says, it’s a struggle getting the machine to read your card. I’m just going to park on the street from now on and pay the $2 an hour than over double that for less than an hour in a parkade. I recommend you all do the same. Don’t even attempt to get a monthly pass here, they won’t return your calls like they haven’t with me. I’ve left multiple voicemails and it’s been well over a month for a call back.

I’m only giving it 3 stars because although it’s a convenient parkade… it’s too overpriced for the trouble you have to spend for it to read your card. And beware, there are quite a few of homeless people that have made this parkade their home. I had a fright when seeing someone sleeping behind my car. I’d also like to note that they clearly don’t want any returning monthly customers because I’ve called multiple times to get a pass but I keep getting a voicemail which they don’t even check because I’ve left more than one message explaining that I’m willing to pay that day so I could secure a monthly pass here.

A real problem checking out. 15 minutes last night with 4 cars ahead of us. Everybody seems to have a problem with card reader. Seen this problem 3 weeks in a row.

The only issue I have with this lot is trying to get the machine to read credit cards without trying 5 times. Shouldn't have to battle with the machine this many times. Other than that, great price and great location.

I'm not sure why so many people say this lot is expensive. It's daily maximum is only $8. Just one block away at Scotia Square, it's $20 a day. Parking overnight at Brunswick Place is only $3, too. I would recommend this lot to anyone!

Do not park there. Ever. The price is absurd! The only price listed makes it look like it's a flat rate of $6. It cost me almost $30 to park for one day. $30! That's insane. Do not park there.

As the poster below stated the price is obsurd. The sign out front leads you to belive the price is 6 dollars a day and then when you go to leave your stub says it cost 31 dollars!! That's more the Scotia Square and at least at Sqotia Square you are connected to the mall

COST IS ASTRONOMICAL. do NOT park here... it leads you to believe its approx 6$ per day, then does not display a price when you pay/leave with credit.. you then receive $31.50 visa charge... convenient if you work there but will NEVER park again.. insane when theres a parking lot nextdoor for $9.00 a day...

I like the covered parking option but there always seems to be constant repairing of the roof meaning parking spaces blocked off and equipment there for weeks at a time. Ceiling height is really low in some spots, so if you have an midsized SUV, you have to be mindful of your route or your rooftop antenna will catch on either a pipe or one of the many low hanging cement squares jutting out of the ceiling. If you have trouble getting in or out of the parkade, ie, your vehicle doesn't register at the gate, sometimes there is no answer on the help phone to assist you and traffic backs up behind you.
