OUTDOOR PARKING SPOT NEAR U OF T ST. GEORGE CAMPUS - Private Parking

Hi there!


We have an outdoor parking spot available in a small parking area (room enough for 8 cars) behind the house that we rent.


It is easily accessible from a wide, lit alleyway from either Cecil St. or College St.


Feel free to come by and check the spot out as well! It's outdoor and uncovered, the alleyway is paved but the parking spaces are not.


It's yours 24/7 without exception. At $100 per month it works out to just over $3 per day, similar to some of the U of T student parking permit rates on campus but far less expensive than most other parking options in the city, including on-campus daily and monthly rates.

This spot is located just south of the U of T campus, a 5 or 10 minute walk to most buildings, and is ideal for commuters and those working downtown but living elsewhere. We're also a 5 minute walk from Queen's Park subway station.


The spot is available from September 1 2010 - September 1 2011, but if you are planning on renting it out for at least a few months, we'd be happy to include the rest of August free of charge.


Ideally, we'd like to find someone who would rent the spot for the entire year. Though if you only need it until next summer or even for a few months, please feel free to contact us and let us know the details of your situation.
