It's a clean and very new parkade. The only problem is that most of the spaces are quite small so if you're driving a larger car/truck, you need to drive around a lot to find a space large enough to comfortable park into and out of. It's also a bit of a hassle when you want to leave the parkade during rush hour because the exit of the parkade heads out into 5th avenue.
