They are thieves. No one should be allowed to charge more than the daily maximum for a lost ticket....a flimsy piece of paper that got carried away in the wind. I would give 0 if I could.

Total rip off. No consistancy in charging.Charged me $16 for 45 mins. I would give them a minus stars if I could.

I put my ticket into the pay machine and tapped my credit card. When I got home I just happened to look at the ticket and it was $20. I was at the clinic from 12:44 to 1:04 which it said on the ticket so a $4 charge but it charged me for a lost ticket $16. I have spoken to 3 people, left messages for 3 other people and still have no resolve. I think they hope people will give up but not me.

I took my father in for an appointment. Arrived approximately 11:15am for an 11:30 appointment time. Left around 12:15pm and went to pay station. COST ME $16!!!!!!!!! Dispite what their parking fees said. Then my receipt that was given (for exiting) said it was 12:15-12:15, never got my original paper back that I put into the machine.
