Arrived and no long term parking was available and looped the parking lot for 30mins. Ticket booths were about to close for the sailing and the parking attendant thought it would be fun to holdup traffic in the parking lot and be ignorant so I gave a friendly toot of my horn. When there was clear space to continue driving she made me wait and requested I roll my window down. Furious and in a rush I let her know I was late and going to miss my ferry. She pointed her camera attached to her vest in my face and pretended to record me while holding my vehicle up and delaying traffic

October 21 Noon Whomever is working this lot today needs an attitude adjustment (older blond with a silver 4 door compact sedan) All I said was "I need to cath the noon boat" and was met with attitude in her opening statement of "Well I was going to help you out but not now" Then I try to tell the other parking attendant closer to the terminal and I am threatened refusal to board. I have reported it to BC Ferries because none of them work for them.

Parked overnight and had door key punched with probably a screwdriver. Very disappointed.

Kiosks not working, only solution is to download “their” app. When notifying while on the ferry Fiona stated, “the only option is to wait to get the notices and call us after to request to be reduced to the daily rate.” They will not take the stall, prepayment over the phone, or offer any solutions other than a ticket and then to call and remain on hold with a request to “reduce” the ticket… no guarantees… Just plain sleazy business.

We parked for one whole day last Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Swartz Bay longterm parking which is good until April 7 around 6:30 pm. At around 3 pm of April 7, we learned that all sailings from anywhere in the mainland to Vancouver Island were cancelled due to high winds. I called the parking lot phone number at the back of the parking receipt around 5 pm and ask if all cars will be given consideration not to pay additional parking extension due to the said cancellation which are out of the passengers' control. What is BC Ferries parking policy for such a circumstance? I ended up paying an extension parking of one day although I think it is unfair to pay an additional parking extension fee because of lack of information from Robbins Parking and BC Ferries regarding this.
