Worst car park in the city. I work in yorkville and not once have they helped me out. Sometimes I pay upwards $35 just to park from 12pm-7pm. It’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting that the parking lot takes such advantage of people in yorkville. Especially when there are 2 other cheaper parking lots next door.

Paid $25 for a wet ticket that’s wouldn’t scan properly. Even noted the times should’ve been half. Security guard adsolutely useless and rude.

My car and 2 other cars had our windows smashed in and our cars vandalized at this lot tonight. I found out they only have cameras on the ground level, which is completely useless. I noticed a security guard on the street level for a number of months that I haven't seen for awhile and I'm starting to think that other cars were being vandalized, which is why he was standing there; clearly they should've kept him. I find it hard to believe that no one heard any alarms going off and no one saw a thing in a parking garage as open as this one is. The only good thing about this garage are the people who work there, the one gentleman who works late at night is very nice.

The parking is clean and has added new lighting. The access to Cumberland or Yorkville is convenient. Easy to use.

Brutal, I paid $17 on a Sunday afternoon!
