New management at this lot - such an improvement! Early bird parking for $10 and a daily maximum $15. Easy to use pay machine or for the better prepared - an app if you like that.

Don't ever park here, it is a total rip off. Got there at 6:58 a.m. and left at 9:45 a.m. cost me $21.00. This is absolutely ridiculous. Whoever is making these types of decisions should be ashamed of themselves. Only gave 1 star because it was required to write review

I used this facility on Jan 31, 2017 when I was seeing Dr. at 1081 Carling Av. Igot there around 10.45am and left around 1.00pm, and charged for $28.00. I agree with the other reviewer it's totally a rip-off.

I park in this lot when I see my doctor at 1081 Carling Avenue. My husband had a CT scan on Monday, Dec. 19th at the Civic Hospital, so I thought I would park here again, because it's a short walk to the Civic from there. We got there at 7:10 am, and returned at 10:55. We were charged $28.00, which I think is absolutely outrageous. I will never park in this lot again. And, the attendant was so busy talking on his cell phone, laughing, etc., that he barely took time to look at us. Rip-off!!
