Functional. Spots fairly narrow for a minivan; be prepared to shimmy in and out, and hope everyone handles their doors gently. Had to back into some low hanging branches over the spot available to us. Very quiet, but reasonably well lit, when we returned from our evening event. Paid $15 based on arrival around 4:00pm and staying into evening.
