Agree with others that the signage is poor. You have to read the fine print to get the info to register your license plate. Disputing my parking ticket with Indigo Parking and will not be back at this plaza ever again!
After living in Victoria my whole life coming back 5 years later to Colwood Corners that I've been to many many times looking for a restaurant to have some lunch. We parked and had lunch and came back to find a ticket neither of us saw any sineage because we were looking for Green Leaf bistro did not see any sign. After getting back in the car we did see the signs but it was too late. Have to pay for parking in a mall is ridiculous and I might add I will not be paying this ticket shame on you Indigo what a poor way to patrol and money gouge patrons of your Mall area.
As a disabled person who does not have data on her phone I find this very difficult. It said, if memory serves, that if I can't do the scan thing I have to walk to either LD or SOF to enter my car information. for a disabled person that is a lot of effort and not always possible. Thankfully I can access these shops at other locations that don't make me jump through hoops to park for 15 minutes
If you visit a business in this shopping plaza in the morning and register your license plate for free parking, you might get ticketed if then come back for a meal at dinnertime on the same day. Even if your cumulative stay is within 90 minutes, their parking system has no way of keeping track. What a deterrent for prospective shoppers.
Horrible don't bother go to free parking malls
A hassle if you are simply wanting to pop in and pick up a prescription or something similar! SOME people can live or actually go out of the house without their phone.
Free if you want to mess around and register your car. Sucks wont shop in this plaza anymore
