Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal (Impark Lot #1621)

SCAM! My boyfriend picked me up at the ferry terminal. He paid for short term parking. There was no notice on the vehicle. A month later we receive a statement letter for $98.00 for parking in a restricted lot…the short term parking lot is not restricted, it’s a very busy lot!

December 24th I parked in Horseshoe Bay at the Impark parking lot. I needed 28 hours of parking. However, the pre-pay meters only go buy the hour up to 24 hours then switch to full days. I needed 28 hours of parking but had to buy 2 full days of parking. That's out right criminal. Impark can sell that spot over and over again for time already paid. I thought double dipping is illegal? 

Came up x2 my card was declined, went to get coin to pay once on the ferry found out my credit card was charged x2. When I contacted via email to receive a refund I got no reply
