Travelled with my wife and her 88 year old parents from Kelowna to Dublin Ireland. We parked in Handicap LT lot B4 on Aug 26 @ 9am. Returned Sep 11 @ 8pm to find vehicle removed from B4 due to renovations. No one knew where the car had been put. I was fortunate to have the short term parking attendant drive me around in his vehicle for 45 minutes and eventually recovered our car. No planning process, No communication, No thought of customers especially older persons who would have been left to wander the parking lot on there own. Great job Kelowna Airport braintrust.

It would be hard to imagine a worse long-term parking setup. Be prepared to carry your suitcases close to a kilometer to the airport from the parking lot. You cannot even roll them due to the amount of snow and lack of plowing of the lot. They state they cannot operate a shuttle due to COVID but that seems ridiculous since city buses are able to run and flights are able to operate with masks and other reasonable precautions. In my opinion not operating the shuttle seems to be nothing but a scheme to extort an extra $20 for Valet service. Bring a shovel also because you will have to dig your car out of three foot deep snow to get out of the lot. And god forbid you lose the tiny ticket that you receive when entering the lot because you won't be able to get out of the lot without it. What an absolute embarrassment of a parking system.

Cartagena(?) Was a great help when we experienced post parking difficulties at the end of a trip! Thanks alot to her, a very kind and helpful human .
