Parking in Richmond Hill, Ontario

Residents and their guests may purchase and obtain a Temporary Parking Permit online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The cost of a temporary parking permit is $15 plus HST per licence plate.  

New winter parking regulations prohibit vehicle parking on municipal roads between the hours of 1a.m. to 7 a.m from December 1 to March 31 for the purpose of performing winter maintenance activities.  

Parking on any street between the hours of 3 a.m to 6 a.m. from April 1 to November 30 is prohibited.
