I think it absolutely "wrong" to charge patients parking fees. Most are in and out very quickly. So much corruption and so many fees in Ottawa, "DISGUSTING"!

I found the system to park here very confusing. When you drive in it tells you to take a picture of your license plate and tells you that you are on camera. I took this to mean that my licence plate had been recorded as I entered the parking garage. On no sign did it tell me that I had to pay for my parking UPON ARRIVAL. I assumed that I would enter my license plate into the machine in the lobby as I ws leaving and it would bring up how long I had been parked and the amount owing. Unfortunately it was at this point that I realised my error and went out to my car to discover a parking ticket. It needs to be much clearer that you pay for your parking on arrival. Maybe some signage could make this clearer. Very frustrating.
