Rice Howard Parkade (Impark Lot #264)

I was given a ticket for 'improper parking for parking in multiple stalls". We parked between a vehicle already parked, and a pillar so it was pretty much impossible to park in "multiple stalls". Furthermore, the lines are so faded and the concrete was so dirty with mud and slush they aren't properly visible.

My car window was smashed - I left no valuables thankfully, but someone had been through the whole car. Avoid at all costs.

Gross. Besides being horribly unsecure and dangerous, the parkade is a biohazard. There is human feces on the ground and blood on the walls. This parkade is much too expensive for it to not be properly looked after.

My car windows smashed as well as many other cars. Place is extremely expensive and not patrolled.

Do not park here at all!! I got my car robbed today, and valuable items stolen. Very sus area, I highly recommend parking outside in crowd. Lock your cars and DO NOT leave your valuables in there!!

Car window smashed and car ransacked- no one patrolling and when contacted whether there are surveillance cameras they refused to answer.

Been parking here paying the early bird daily special and my vehicle has been STOLEN!!! I've called every tow company just incase there may have been some type of mistake but my vehicle was stole today!!! Extremely mad they don't have numbers on who is contracted to tow vehicles from this lot!! Now I have to waste the Edmonton police time.

Someone has parked their vehicle behind 3 other cars, in a non-parking zone, and I was stranded for 1.5 hours. The person who parked, has also done with parking time and didn't show up.

I left my Vehicle up there and it get vandalized by one of the staff working in the parking lot, wither the (construction or security). It's a fishy horrible parking place with no surveillance or cameras anywhere.

this parkade is convenient for the surrounding restaurants. I used to park here quite a bit until I got my car broken into here. I was quite disappointed because although they had plenty of signs saying the parkade is being patrolled, the company had no idea that they were even patrolling this parkade. I would NOT recommend parking here unless you want to risk having your windows smashed.

Would be great to use just for day time, elevator locks quite early so does the staircase. Not patrolled often and my car has gotten the windows smashed parking over night. Not a great area and not secure.
