I parked there last night, paid my $4 and when I tried to leave the machine took my card and would not let me out. I called the help number and he told me to back up. There was a line up behind me so I couldn't. There was no onsite person there to assist. I felt trapped in this parking lot. I will never park there again
Meter would not accept coins on Thursday Sept 21. I do not have a credit card or smart phone to pay and so I had to borrow a credit card from my union president to pay for parking for the day. I have made a call and the woman I talked to said she will send someone out to check the meter. I have been parking there for monthly meetings for years. I hope this is only a meter problem and not a change in process to not accept cash.
The lady who works there, I think she cleans and such and the most wonderful person, she's so sweet and always opens doors for everyone with a huge smile on her face.
Many of the lots in this area are now $12 per day (March, 2016)
