We were trying to exit the parking area at 11:30 August 27/22- it was a mess , if cars didn’t pay at the pay station and you only used your debit the machine jammed and there were over 300 cars trying to leave … we were stuck in the suffocating heat and carbon monoxide fumes for 45 minutes - the security guard did nothing except to say to keep trying the machine . I had to pay for a few cars so that we could get the cars moving but that didn’t even work because so many cars after had to manoeuvre there cars to another sit. Go to pay station and pay , then move their car out - considered breaking the gate so people could get through and considered calling the police … it was horrible that the place did not have an emergency plan and the security guard wouldn’t let people through for the Sage of others waiting in such horrible conditions … you need to contact all the people that used your car garage and issue them an apology and a huge credit for what we went through …am filing a complaint to property owners

Great parking, underground, clean, dry, well lit and all. It’s great unless you want to get your car out, say at 11:45 pm on a Saturday. The building is locked tight, no way in. Thank God a car was exiting the garage when I was starting to panic. Stay out of this trap.
