Broughton Street Parkade

I parked my car in early morning of Aug 30 2025. The elevater was out of service and when I reached main floor exit there was an aggressive high junkie tweaking out and spred out on floor at bottom of stairs. He was blocking a safe exit out. He grunting and seemd agitated. NOT SAFE

Parkade says that they close at 11pm, but they go around and ticket your car before that and refuse to let you pay onsite even though there's someone at the counter. They charged a full day's parking on the ticket even though I parked at 8pm and was out before 11.

Not free on sundays

My car was broken into today and the security guard with Palidan told me there is nobody on during the day.
