Pay attention to the timing for parking. It is not clear or I didn't look at it as I was rushing for a movie. You will end up receiving a threatening parking ticket after 2 months. The penalty is huge.
Do not park here. Despite paying and displaying the receipt, garage attempts to claim that you didn't pay and sends a letter with a fine threatening to send you to collections three months after you parked there. Presumably they are counting on people no longer having their receipt as proof and just paying their fine. This has happened to multiple people working at the same firm parking in this garage. Beware.
Can someone please tell me where the entrance to the parking lot is to retrieve my car. It is not marked anywhere on King, Windmer, the alley or John Street. Have had to walk down the ramp twice. Went down the elevator at the condos in the TIFF building d found myself locked in a locked stairwell.
Very small spaces.
Not safe. Got our car keyed while in the garage. very tight parking and no room to meet a car head on. very expensive.
Park here for $5 everytime I go to a Jays game on a Sunday (which is 95% of the time). Never had any issues besides the one ticket, but that game went to 19 innings. So be sure you are out by the time listed to avoid getting a fine.
Do not believe their sign at the entrance that reads "All Day Weekend Special" of $6 till 7:00 pm. Their parking meter only sells $5 all day Sunday tickets that end at 6:00 pm (and doesn't allow you to extend that time) so you would have to leave midway through your movie in order to purchase another ticket to put on the dash, or be subject to possible fines. False advertising or bad management ... whichever ... it's just not on!
Relatively new. Direct access to TIFF Bell Lightbox. Well-ventilated. Not a big deal, but doesn't smell like grease like Target Park. Despite what other reviews say, it IS NOT a 100% public parking lot. There are several spots per floor that are restricted (like for ZipCar, TIFF VIPs, catering vehicles, etc.). They are identified by a bright sign. As long as you read the sign for the parking spot you want to park at (public parking ones say "daily public parking"), you will be fine. Not recommended for guys that fail at reading.
don't park there after 10pm, even if you pay till 6AM you'll get a ticket for parking in a restricted area even though it's a PUBLIC PARKING lot!
