Tour de la Banque Nationale (Indigo Lot #M159)

The parking is adequately placed and well lit, indoors means it's heated and although entry is easy, exit is another story. However, we used this parking on a week-end and when returning to retrieve our vehicle there was only one entrance available, and it wasn't indicated anywhere. We were forced to walk around the building in the rain to eventually find the entrance. When I mentioned to the security guard that they should write the main entry point on the parking stub/receipt he was incredibly rude. When confronted about being rude he threatened us and stated that he had our license plate number. I have taken steps to make a complaint to the building management but meanwhile, I will not be returning here to park.
