I will be contacting them for a refund. No signage - I asked the non-speaking attendant where P2E was and he asked if the post was green. I said no, blue. He was confused and I eventually found my car. Waited over 15 minutes to get out and he overcharged me. NONE of the pay machines worked. Attendant only kept slapping his forehead and shouting unintelligible things. I had to walk down the ramps to get to my car, I will also report this to the city for safety reasons.
It has been months that the pay stations do not work. I was stuck trying to get out many times and last time cost me more than an hour. The help button does not work and no one is there to assist you on stat holiday. This is one of the worst parking lots I have ever come across and it is not any less expensive.
Even if you are lucky enough to find them, the pay stations do not work. I was stuck trying to get out for an hour. The help button does not work and no one is there to assist you. This is the worst parking lot I have ever come across and it is very expensive.
For months I’ve been parking here for weekly doctors appts. Today the guy tried to tell me I owe him $95 for parking for 5 hours. I flat out said no. He started laughing and being extremely creepy saying that I can’t leave until I pay him $95. When I told him it’s the $20 for the day or nothing at all, he just smiled and laughed. I was prepared to go full Karen and call the police for unlawful detainment and extortion, until his wife came out of the back. Immediately his smile was gone, and looking down like he’s been caught he let me pay my $20 to leave. The only difference between my other appts and today is the fact I traded cars with my mom today, and this car has New Brunswick plates. So he was expecting a meek east coast girl who’d roll over and pay, instead of a stubborn and petty Hamilton b****. Don’t park here, especially if you’re a young woman and alone, because the creepy vibes were off the charts, and it honestly felt like he was about to ask for “service” if I couldn’t or wouldn’t pay.
Current price is accurate. Paid $2.50 each 20 min on a weekday afternoon. Many stairwell exits but can’t reenter. The entrance back to parking at Aura tower (Bed, Bath & Beyond) is on the basement level but signs are confusing. Security guard helped with direction. Free EV charging with paid parking but didn’t try.
A ripped off. It’s say one thing on the price board and the machine calculated a higher price.
