Why are there no stairs!?!

One working elevator, the second has been out of commission for MONTHS with no sign of repair. Pay booths are at the elevators, but 90% of the time the machines can’t read the ticket and you need to page for help (good luck, there are times I’ve waited 10 minutes for someone to answer). There are no stairs so if there’s a huge lineup for the elevator (which is all the time) you have to wait 10-20 minutes to get an elevator because of the 3 person limit (if people don’t try and pack themselves in, pandemic be damned). So if you don’t want/can’t wait, your only other option to get out of the building is to walk down the car exit/entrance. The lot is geographically convenient, physically and safety wise it’s a goddamned nightmare.

I have two problems with this parking lot. 1) Access to the mall is confusing 2) The pay centres. You have signs on the doors giving instructions to pay at these places, but there are no directions to where one is located. There should be one on every level close to the doors entering the mall. I ended up driving to the 1st floor to find a pay centre. To me in this day in age is rather dangerous for women who are trying to leave the mall. You've had a shooting at that mall haven't you? I will say it again. You should have pay centres on every level clearly marked and directions on the doors to them in order to make it easier and safer. Thank you for your consideration.

I parked at Eaton center's parking lot today and in about 2 hours they charged me 24 dollars. It was Monday and got in around 12 noon and out 2 oclock noon. They intentionally broke card reader and charge people downstairs manually...Outragious...
