This review is specifically for Holiday Towers residents. Easily the dustiest parkade I've ever encountered. If you leave your car there for more than 24 hours, you will need to wash your windows before leaving just to see through them. Impossible to find a spot during MTS Centre or Convention Centre events, even with monthly permit. And as of mid-2014, ongoing construction makes everything bad about it worse (fewer spots, even dustier than usual, and a rotating daily cleaning schedule requiring you to move your car twice a week or get ticketed). This lot is currently so horrible I'm looking to sublet my apartment just to avoid this parkade.
