Avoid this underground hellhole. The stairwells are disgusting with piles of feces and garbage. Needless to say, the smell is horrible. We got the last spot. However, a lot of cars continued to enter prior to the start time of a nearby stage show. There were no parking spots left causing a huge backup with cars trying to make a u-turn in a cramped space.

Parked in Level P2, several levels of stairs to street level where disgusting. Terrible smell of Urine, dozens of used Needles, Blood, Vomit clearly used for drug abuse. Do not Park here or in any Underground Lot in the area if you can help it.
